Instructions for use

1. Substrate preparation The parquet must be sanded.
   Final sanding should be carried out with 120-150 grit abrasive, max. wood moisture content 12%.
2. Priming: ehen restoring floors or parquet, the interstices (joints) must be filled in be filled so that the oil penetrates only slightly into the joints.
   Otherwise, use BIOFA 2044 or BIOFA 2055.
   Floating floors should be glued into the joints so that the surface is watertight. Otherwise, BIOFA 2059 oil may make noise when the surfaces are used.
   Nourish the floor with a short-nap roller or squeegee (approx. 25 to 35 g/m² depending on the absorption of the substrate).
   After allowing to penetrate for 20 to 40 minutes, remove excess product with a rubber spatula. Excess can be reused.
   Next, use a single-brush machine fitted with a green pad.
   Finish with a dry polish.
   If the floor has a uniform satin finish, the treatment is complete. If irregularities in appearance remain, or if the floor still appears dull, a second, thin coat should be applied, a second thin coat must be applied, as described above. Apply with a single-brush machine (white pad) and polish within a maximum of one hour.
   Apply two thin, even coats (avoiding excess product), one hour to a day apart. The application of two thin, even coats (avoiding excess product), spaced one hour to one day apart, using a mop (short fibers) can also be considered.
   A single-brush machine fitted with a white pad is used polishing is carried out 1 hour after application of the second coat.
3. For waxing: the second coat can be an application of BIOFA 2063 Finish. Do not work below 16°C.
4. Maintenance wipe with Nacasa BIOFA 4010 and maintain with Naplana 2085 / NAPLANA + 2086.
   In the event of heavy wear, BIOFA 2059 should be applied; use to bare wood should be avoided (re-sanding necessary).
   Important: during application and drying, ensure good ventilation and air circulation.
5. Cleaning equipment: wUse BIOFA 0500 thinner immediately after use.

Drying

Drying time is 6 to 12 hours (at 20°C / 50-55% humidity).
Through-drying and optimum strength are achieved after 7 to 10 days.

Consumptio n

Consumption 35-50ml/m²,
yield 27-38 m²/liter.

Composition

Linseed oil, wood oil, sunflower oil, rosin resin ester, microwax, cobalt hexanoate, zirconium octoate and manganese driers, antioxidant.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Close packaging tightly.
