PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PerfectSeal New is a waterborne 2-component aliphatic polyurethane varnish.

Available in matte.

DOMAIN OF APPLICATION

PerfectSeal New is non-yellowing and offers excellent adhesion to most substrates:

- Mineral substrates: concrete, brick, bluestone, French stone, granite, architectural concrete.

- Plastic, wood, glass, polyester, metal.

PerfectSeal New is generally applied in 2 or 3 coats.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Ambient temperature : Min. 10°C

Humidity level : Max. 80%

Substrate temperature : Min. 10°C

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE TO BE TREATED

The substrate must be sound and have undergone suitable surface preparation, allowing it to be rid of

any loose or poorly adhering parts.

MIXTURE PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION

Mixing ratio: 100% PerfectSeal New /component A - 12.5% Hardener component B

Volume CA/CB ratio: 8/1

Pot life of mixture: 4h at 20°C

Theoretical coverage: 8-10m² / L / coat.

Place the hardener into the varnish. Mix vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous.

Let debubble for a few minutes. Apply with a 9 mm nap roller.

DRYING TIME AT 60% RH and 20°C

Out of touch: 1h.

Coverable : after 1h.

Optimal performance : after 48 h.

Glossiness (60° rhopoint) : 3.7 (for matte version)

Mixture viscosity: 1700 Cp

Water vapour permeability: Sd 0.295(m) class II; Average permeability to ISO 7783

HARDWARE CLEANING

Immediately to water.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Storage: 1 year in hermetically sealed packaging in a cool place.

Not frost-resistant, do not transport or store below 5°C.
