Orders are dispatched to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany usually within 2 working days* (as soon as your payment has been confirmed). Carrier lead times may vary in certain cases. We make every effort to minimize transport costs.
If you wish to have your order delivered to another country, you must contact our information department to check whether the destination country is suitable for delivery. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Your parcel will be delivered to the address you provide when you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the order details are missing or incomplete.

MINI PALLET SHIPMENT
For logistical reasons, if your order exceeds 60kg, we cannot send your parcel by our usual carrier (who only delivers parcels).
For safety reasons, your package must be sent by mini-pallet or pallet .
( 60Kg represents +- 4 Cans of 10L ).
For your convenience, our carrier, GEODIS CALBERSON, will call you before delivery to make an appointment with you for the delivery day that suits you best! For further information about these shipments, please do not hesitate to contact us at so that we can work out the most suitable price/timeframe with you!
DELIVERY TIME MINI PALLET/PALLET FOR BELGIUM AND FRANCE
Delivery times are as follows. We cannot guarantee that these times will be respected, but our entire Colorsquare.eu team is committed to answering your request as clearly as possible.
Belgium: Delivery within 2 working days of order preparation! Allow approximately 1 working day for preparation of your order.
France: Paris region: Delivery within 2 working days of order preparation (approximately one working day).
Other regions: delivery within 2 to 3 working days
Corsica and departments 15, 48 Delivery within 4 to 5 working days after preparation of your order (approximately one working day).

EXPRESS SERVICE
Brussels and surrounding areas
Our express service is available exclusively in the Brussels area and surrounding municipalities. Our partner Taxis verts does not offer any express service outside these areas.
Delivery within the hour corresponds to dispatch of the parcel after receipt of confirmation of payment, packaging and receipt by the delivery person.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion.
Outside Brussels and neighbouring countries
Our express transport service charges €0.45/km round trip (calculated using the fastest route on Google Maps): the guarantee of receiving your order on time, even at night, on weekends and public holidays, so you can start your job on time, with service to boot! (A personalized gift is always given to you personally with express delivery...)

PARCEL SECURITY
We take great care to ensure the safety of your products! We use reinforced cardboard boxes to avoid any incident during shipment. Packages are carefullyprepared and checked before departure.
RETURNS OF GOODS
At Losdyck, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product if you are not satisfied, without any penalty, except for return fees.
Accepted products for return:
We accept returns only if the products are returned in a condition that allows them to be resold, meaning with all their accessories and manuals, and without any damage or dirt caused by you.
As soon as you decide to return a product, Colorsquare commits to refund the total amount of your order within a maximum of 30 days in cash.
Products not accepted for return:
We do not accept "Satisfied or Refunded" returns for the following types of products:
Services whose execution has started with your agreement before the end of the return period.
Customized products.
Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate quickly.
How to return your products:
Regarding the return, you can use the carrier of your choice. However, we strongly recommend that you return the items to us by registered or tracked mail and, if necessary, take out insurance with the carrier to cover the value of the products. This will protect you against any loss or damage during transport.
