Use

Glass filler and small filler on wood, interior and exterior, for manual application.

Mastic applied to pre-printed wood joinery

Application

In the traditional way, for single glazing up to 4 mm thick, or wired glass up to 6 mm thick. The minimum counter-mastic thickness should be 3 mm max., the minimum flashing length 9 mm, and the minimum mastic height above the side shim 4 mm.

Covering

MASTIC must be painted, varnished or stained as soon as the skin has formed (6 to 8 days on average).

Physical and technical characteristics

MASTIC: linseed oil-based interior and exterior mastic
- Characterization (NFT 36-005): Family IV class 1
- Consumption: 1 kg per 6 ml
- Coverage: as soon as skin forms, 6 to 8 days
- Color: white or brown

Conditions of use and storage

- Application equipment: putty knife or laurel leaf.
- Tool cleaning: with white spirit.
- Coating shelf life: product guaranteed for 12 months, as evidenced by purchase invoice, in original, sealed packaging and stored away from frost and sunlight.

Recommendations and precautions for use

- Do not apply at temperatures < 5°C and > 35°C and humidity > 80%
- Do not apply to overheated surfaces or in direct sunlight.
